The technology can, infact, exist today. This peice of technology can, possibly, make the Nuclear Reactor look like a AA battery. The Arc Jumper is made up of two Tesla Coils and in between those Tesla Coils there is a peice of Lithium Cordozone. This peice of technology can make an entire city run at full capacity, to almost overloading the transformers. Instead of using transformers, you use utilizers, for example, a Rotary Reactor, which rotates as electricity is pumped into it. This also has triple the output of a transformer. Also, the Arc Jumper runs off of a lightening bolt.
