MaintiMizer is the brand name of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) family of products offered by Ashcom Technologies, Inc., of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
MaintiMizer CMMS software systems use the concept of preventive maintenance to help organizations proactively manage their maintenance operations and make more informed maintenance decisions. MaintiMizer™ functions as an enterprise asset management (EAM) system, helping organizations reduce capital and operating costs, increase productivity, extend asset life, and improve return on assets (ROA) and return on investment (ROI).
MaintiMizer is available in three editions: MaintiMizer Web, MaintiMizer client/server, and MaintiMizer.com, a SaaS (software as a service) option launched in 2009.
MaintiMizer users include organizations in the manufacturing, alternative energy, food processing, recreation and hospitality, healthcare, education, fleet operations, property management, and defense industries.
