I have chosen this article because this is one of the topics I was fascinated to learn. TALE proteins are able to recognize DNA especially at certain sequences.

The lead sentence does a good job explaining what the article is about. It provides more information such that the topic does not get confused with another similar topic.

I think the content can be more specific. I found a research article that contained more introductory information to the topic. I feel like inclusion of that information can be beneficial in understanding the topic.
