I can't say the suggestions were helpful to me or not because I never received a peer review. I allowed for an extra week from when the assignment was due in the hopes a student would pick up my article. However I was able to review my article myself after having myself and a family member read over what I had written. I added around 4-5 new sources and got a lot of good information to back up what I wrote. I also took out any parts that were hard to understand after my family member suggested it was a little confusing. I also learned a few things after I reviewed my classmates article. Such as having words like "most people" and "everyone" doesn't help to strengthen your article. Rather have actual people backing up claims proving what you're trying to tell. I also tried to keep the three paragraphs I wrote split up the information in three parts. The first paragraph being background information, and the following paragraphs are different from each other but tie in together. I know having a family member isn't an official review but I figured it was better then not having one at all.
