I am an Owner, Realtor®, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) who loves working with people. I have 12 full years of experience with Buyers and Sellers. I presently own and operate Pro-Texas Real Estate in two locations in the state of Texas. In the Kerrville area, the beautiful Texas Hill Country, I specialize in Ranch Land, Hunting land, Acreage investment and homes with acreage. I also have an office located in the East Texas Lake Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend Lake areas specializing in waterfront homes and properties.
I evaluate the specific needs and wants of my Buyer or Seller and I make those needs my first priority. I work hard to help them make their dream come true. When it comes to buying or selling Land - I can "Walk the Walk" and Talk the Talk". I do not hesitate to go out and walk the property. I am filled with information on how to improve the property if needed. Subjects on "Agriculture Exempt" and animals that apply, "Wildlife Exempt", how to maintain a lot of wildlife on your property – the advantages of low fencing and high fencing etc. All of this information came to me from experience in selling a lot of land – lots of land! I’m willing to share any of this important information with my clients.
