Café Micky's; or Le Café Micky's French pronunciation: [lə kafe mɪki], is a digestif consisting of Cognac, Triple Sec, Coffee, Whipped Cream and Brandy. Traditionally, the Cognac ingredient is usually Rémy Martin or Henessy, and the Coffee ingredient is usually any normal household dark coffee blend such as Van Houtte "Medium Roast". The cocktail was invented at "Bar Billard Micky's" located in Boisbriand Laval CIRCA 1992, by at that time owner and successful business man Paul Ouimet. It quickly became popular amongst the Bar's regular clientel and subsequently the Greater Montreal area, and other major cities in the Province of Quebec. Its complex and expensive recipe, ubiquitous ingredients have made it one of the most popular alcoholic drinks in the Province of Quebec.

With a snifter glass, dip the top of the glass approximately 1/8 of an inch deep into a bowl of Triple Sec, followed by doing the same in a bowl of sugar. Next fill the cup with 1 part of premium grade Cognac and 3 parts coffee of your choice. Next, add an inch or 2 of any regular Whipped Cream, topped off by Grand Marnier over the entirety of the drink. Light the Grand Marnier for extra dramatic flare when serving guests or clients at a club. The drink satisfies even the most demanding mixed drinks connoisseurs everytime.
