Real World Fatigue is a term that was coined on the 1st of January, 2019, by two teenagers with the initial Y.A. and M.M. It refers to the feeling of exhaustion one experiences when one has not, for a fairly long time, spent an entire day watching TV, snacking, and generally sitting around the house without any intentions of going out. It is not an actual term in psychology, but some would-be scientists argue that it should be.
