Philosophy and Teachings
[edit]The nature has bestowed infinite powers on each individual. Rishiji provides an extremely meticulous spiritual curriculum that can help people find their true nature. He believes once you recognise your infinite potential within, effortlessly your life becomes a celebration. Rishiji’s teachings of ‘Swadhyay- the science of Self-exploration’ has brought humongous transformations in lives of people across the globe. Rishi ji Extensively taught many Art of Living Programs. The Art of Living offers numerous, highly effective educational and self-development programs and tools that facilitate the elimination of stress. These tools also foster deep and profound inner peace, happiness, and well-being for all individuals. These programs, which include breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, and practical wisdom for daily living, have helped millions around the world to completely transform their lives. (From Introduction to Rishiji
In an interview published in the Speaking Tree column of the Times of India newspaper, Rishi ji explained the process of evolution of a soul as, "The whole of existence is made up of chetna, consciousness, present in us as soul. It is progressing slowly through different yonis, stages of evolution, starting with the shila yoni, stone stage; keetak yoni, insect realm; vriksha yoni, plant kingdom; pakshi yoni, becoming a bird; matsya yoni, the amphibian stage, and pashu yoni, animal realm, to manushya yoni, human form, finally. After we drop this human body, evolution will continue towards higher yonis. It is an anant yatra, eternal journey. This is what blossoming of consciousness means. Evolution is about moving from what we have known so far, to knowing more. And if you are experiencing beautiful flavours and ananda, bliss, at higher levels of shakti, energy, prana, or kundalini — evolution is happening. Life is an expression of consciousness. When we understand the science behind consciousness, and know how to deal with it, and use it to celebrate and live life at a higher level, basically, the art of living, then life’s challenges are not a big deal at all."
Research
[edit]1) Effect of mindfulness meditation protocol in subjects with various psychometric characteristics at high altitude[9]:
Incidence of high altitude-related sickness is increasing due to more number of people visiting the areas of high altitude which may result in life-threatening conditions including acute mountain sickness (AMS), high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE), high altitude cerebral edema (HACE), and High-altitude pulmonary hypertension (HAPH). The researchers hypothesized that an advanced yoga regimen may be beneficial in dealing with the physiology of acclimatization.
