Retro Quest started in the early 2000's when the owner of the website http://RetroQuestGames.com and his Friend Ezekiel, started collecting Super Nintendo Video Games. After losing their collection on a robbery in Mexico. Ezekiel decided to leave the collection at rest; but his friend did not thought that way. his friend keep trying to fulfill his SNES games collection, but his collection kept being tackled by daily life and economic situations. his friend decided to open of a website with sole purpose of finish up his SNES collection. He called the adventure of finding rare snes games on thrift stores, pawn shops, flea markets, and online stores his Retro Quest.
Currently Retro Quest is a web store where users can find all the extra copies Retro Quest finds in his quest and is willing to sell. At Retro Quest followers can read weekly articles about rare snes games, Retro Quest Adventures, Video Game reviews, and Tutorials. On a forum post RetroQuest mentioned the possible opening of a youtube channel and a twitch channel.
Being intrigued by Super Nintendo Games Reproduction, Retro Quest owner studied the technical aspects of a SNES game cartridge. He then researched on how to reprogram the snes cartridges with new games. After learning the best methods in recycling, reproducing, and refurbishing snes cartridges, his friend decided to add these services to Retro Quest Games website.
