Cloudwear, Inc. is a mobile technology company founded in Santa Monica, CA that focuses on harnessing the capabilities of wearable technology using cloud-based artificial intelligence. Cloudear was established in 2013 to develop zero-latency augmented reality which would be used to drive value for both businesses and consumers through the use of wearable technology.^[1] Currently, its primary product iwunta is an intention based mobile messaging application which launched in partnership with Samsung at Mobile World Congress, Barcelona and allows users to arrange last minute events based upon intelligently created groups and geo-location.^[2] Cloudwear was also accepted into the Wayra UK accelerator program in association with Telefónica, widening its European reach.^[3] Cloudwear opened an office in London on May 12, 2014 to support its international expansion through the Telefónica partnership.

Cloudwear has raised funding from several angels and institutional investors in Silicon Valley and Europe.
