Tristar Air Flight 810 was a chartered cargo flight from Ostend, Belgium, to Mogadishu, Somalia, via Cairo, Egypt, that made a forced landing near Afgooye, Somalia on 12 October 2015. The Airbus A300B4F aircraft was carrying 6 crew members and was transporting 40 tons of perishable foods for the African Union Mission to Somalia (AMISOM). The aircraft departed from Ostend late, which led to the A300 at 6:27 p.m. East Africa Time (EAT), 27 minutes after the airport closed. The flight attempted to land at Aden Adde Airport four times, but had to conduct a go-around each time after the approach became unstablized. The aircraft eventually ran out of fuel and made a forced landing beside a road near the Afgooye, injuring two of the crew members.
