Here's a POC for lazy loading
[edit]The below is a transclusion of the source table from a subpage User:Raladic/sandbox/TestSwap1 and User:Raladic/sandbox/TestSwap2:
The summary column content is now wrapped inside of a template - {{User:Raladic/templates/lazySummary}}, which will only load the summary on the page that it was written on (aka on TestSwap1 / TestSwap2 in this case), but it can be dynamically lazy-loaded using client side JS invoking the mw.Api to load the subpage and fetch the summary from it.
If you want to test the "show summary (lazy load)", you will need to install the following POC user script: User:Raladic/scripts/lazySummary.js.
The static "go to summary (link navigation)" will work with or without the JS user script:
