Except for checkpoints, which are all written by User:QB, the membership checking module of Iron Chicken ignores the content of this page. Instead it looks at each edit since the last checkpoint, and adds the editing user to the internal membership list if the edit summary is "add", and removes him if the edit summary is "remove".
The blacklisting mechanism overrides additions like this so that the bot operator can prevent an editor using Iron Chicken if necessary.
