Adcurata is a specialist Human Capital Management consultancy. Founded in 2002 by Lindsay Dubock,^[1] the company has offices in Central London, West Sussex and Surrey. Operating Europe wide with a number of associate partners, based in Paris, Monaco and Madrid. Adcurata manages performance through people and culture, always maintaining that people are an organisations most enduring source of competitive advantage. Adcurata has 4 main lines of service: Business Cultural Change, Management due diligence, Outplacement and Executive Search.

History

2002 Adcurata launched by founder Lindsay Dubock as a Management Due Diligence company.
2005 Adcurata expands to cover Executive Search and Outplacement.
2010 Adcurata expands to cover Cultural and Transformational Change and business transformation.
2011 Adcurata develops unique cultural change process and starts to apply for Intellectual Property rights.
2012 Adcurata appoints Advisory Board.

Administration

Adcurata is a Limited company managed by Lindsay Dubock, Chief Executive Officer. Previously Managing Director of Anderson Dubock and founder of Buckman Consulting headquartered in Paris with subsidiary offices in Belgium and Germany. Lindsay has dedicated her work to improving organisational performance through the measurement and development of human behaviours within an organisation, something that has direct impact on revenues and operational costs.

Paul Miller is Chief Operating Officer Founder and Managing Director of Miller Star and Profile Group. Expert in managing dysfunctional and struggling companies and tackling the operational and structural issues that affect their performance.

Advisory Board Members:

Sir Richard Sykes, is currently Chairman of Imperial College NHS Health Trust, The UK Stem Cell Foundation and Toumaz Holdings plc. Chairman and Non-executive Director of Lonza AG. Non-Executive Chairman of Circassia Holdings and Omnicyte Limited. Previously he was Rector of Imperial College London and Chief Executive and Chairman of GSK. Sir Richard is also an advisor to Virgin and Siemens Group. He received a Knighthood in the 1994 for services to the pharmaceutical industry.

Carl Michel ^[2] currently Executive Chairman at Patron Generator Holding Limited. Formerly CEO of Holiday Breaks and DBA (airline) Executive Director at McKinsey, British Airways. and Opodo and Non-Executive Director at Austrian Airlines.

Paul Richardson ^[3] formerly Managing Director for Helvetia Wealth and serving on the board of Barclays and Coutts Wealth Management. Currently Non-Executive Director of ICAS Ltd, Chairman of Cover You and Trustee of the Well Child Trust.

Charles Vivian, Investment Director at Epic Private Equity. Previously Investment Manager at Marwyn Capital. Associate at international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
