I have reverted your edit to [[ARTICLE]], and removed NAME from the list of notable people there, because they don't seem to actually meet the [[WP:LISTBIO|notability guideline]]. If you feel that this person is notable, perhaps you could [[WP:YFA|create an article on them]]. If you know them in person, do be aware of the [[WP:COI|conflict of interest guidelines]].
