Software and services

[edit]

Creatio developed an IT solution for AOs and EPAOs to help streamline their processes, reduce burden, costs and demonstrate regulatory compliance.

The system is called creatiogreen and it can be re-branded and renamed to reflect the client's organisation needs. It is a web-based, workflow solution that consists of four modules.

  1. Product Development
  2. Customer Management
  3. Learner Registration-Assessment-Awarding
  4. Governance

These modules can be configured to meet the clients processes, terminology and ways of working – it also comes with regulatory aligned templates.

The creatiogreen system is an intuitive centre and AO-focussed workflow solution that is configured to meet AOs and EPAOs needs and underpins their Governance, Product Development, Customer Management and Learner Registration-Assessment-Awarding processes. It has been expanded to support the end-to-end AAO/EPA lifecycle from apprenticeship set-up, enrollment/registration, the booking and allocation of external assessors through to holding achievement outcomes and evidence.

Consultancy Services

[edit]

Creatio offers consultancy services such as; independent audits, on-going regulatory advice and support, trouble-shooting, regulatory recognition applications and sitting on committees as a regulatory advisor.

Partnerships

[edit]

Creatio partnered with Cirrus Assessments in 2020 to integrate the Cirrus online assessment system into creatiogreen.[2]

It represents providers of vocational education qualifications, not providers of more-typical academic qualifications. [3][4]

Also, Creatio is a platinum partner to Apprenticeships 4 England, belonging to their Apprenticeships Directory.
