I started editing fish articles on Wikipedia in 2015. I took a long break but renewed my interest recently when I noticed some Wikipedia entries linked on iNaturalist were severely lacking in citations, photos, or relevant information. Wikipedia and iNaturalist synergize well together and make sharing information about animals and plants easy. Some tools I use to opportunistically recycle iNaturalist observations include iNat2Wiki, Wiki loves iNaturalist, and iNaturalist2Commons.
