Honorable Judge Clarence Randolph Parrish (1921 - 1992) Clarence R. Parrish was the youngest son of Minerva Cobb (sister of Fannie Cobb) Parrish and Thomas Ivory Parrish Senior, of Louisburg, North Carolina, via Brooklyn, New York. They reared four children. Clarence was born in Louisburg, North Carolina in October of 1921 and died in Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin in June of 1992. He was married to the late Mildred English Parrish, born in Worcester, Mass in 1921 and Died in Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, in November 0f 1999. Mrs. Parrish was the sixth born child to and reared by James Joseph and Mabel Barnes English of Worcester, Massachusetts, who were immigrants from Trinidad. Mildred and her eight siblings were proud to be the first generation of Americans in their family.

Sharon Parrish, her sister and parents moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin when she was six months old Her father had just graduated from Saint Johns University and The University of Wisconsin Law School. Her Mother had just graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Business. Sharon graduated from Wauwatosa West High School. Johnson C. Smith University Phienix College, and Purdue University, graduate school.

Sharon Millicent Parrish Andrews, is the youngest daughter of the late Honorable Judge Clarence Randolph Parrish, and his wife Mildred. Currently a Author, Commissionerof Notary, Computer Science Instructor and a Historian, Sharon Millicent Parrish Andrews lives in the south with her world known statistician husband, Nelson. They own a Green Utility Company and several farms and homes. Nelson and Sharon Andrews are the proud parents of two professional daughters and son-in-laws. They are the grandparents of two children.
