Neil "Neil Cuthill" Cuthill aka The Banter Supremo.

Neil Cuthill was born in Glasgow, Scotland on 12/07/1994, as soon as he was born it was blatant he would be The Banter King. In his early years it was constant banter, proper non-stop, you literally could not stop him from "bantering". He picked up the title of "Lieutenant Top Lad" aged 6 (youngest ever to receive the title) while studying banter at Killermont Primary School in Bearsden. The accolades continued to storm in with his arrival at The Glasgow Academy, where teachers said: "Christ, Neil has some top banter!" and "Neil Cuthill = Banter," "Cameron Jones, why cant you be more banterous? Be more Neil." Neil was pronounced mayor of banter for The West of Scotland in 2010 at a ceremony witnessed live by 500000 at the ceremony and on TV by 1.5 billion, aged 15 and still holds the title. Neil, however, was not satisfied with the domination of banter in The West of Scotland and decided to take the east coast by storm. He did. Moving to study at The University of St Andrews, he soon bantered to the top. He was worried about there being an "east-coast overdose" and his banter would not be accepted. He was never so wrong, the east coast was deprived of banter and after a year he become "Lord Banter of the East Coast," and subsequently the most accepted lad in Scotland since Sean Connery. Currently Neil is the First Minister of Banter within Scotland after refusing to accept the title of "Mr Banter UK 2014" due to a argument over Scottish independence. Neil's view was Scotland should have gone independent as it would have been banter.
