Hi Everyone,

Is it not wonderful that we can contribute and draw from the collective knowledge of mankind in such an easy, efficient, and open manner. Isn't it great to live at a time when it is not the privileged few who can afford books, that have access to knowledge. At times wikipedia has been criticized as not being as reliable as our peer-reviewed academic publishing system, but I see things changing. I see wikipedia as become better and better and if those who are experts in their fields actively contribute to this site, there is nothing stopping wikipedia from being a detailed and living version of mankind's current body of knowledge. I already see wikipedia, based on its accessibility, open contribution style, and debatable discussion sections, to be the most valuable resource in existence. I will try to contribute to it as best I can.

If you are wondering about me, I am a physicist and currently working as volunteer teacher in Ghana West Africa. I completed a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics under the topic of conjugated polymer-based solar cells. You may have a look if you like:
