[edit]NamiPapi (/'Naa-Miyy/Pah-Pee) Born June 12, 2005 is an American YouTuber who specializes in basketball related content like NBA2K gameplay videos, NBA Highlights reaction videos, In Real Life 1v1 videos and more.
Early Life
[edit]NamiPapi was born June 12, 2005 in Columbus, Ohio in a neighborhood called hilltop. His Mother Is From Cambodia And His Father is African American. Nami was raised by his father and his mother under one household along with one of his five sisters and one of his three brothers until his parents parted ways when he was five years old he then moved in with his father. By the time Nami turnt 8 years old his father had gotten a job at a hospital in Tucson, Arizona called Tucson Medical Center or TMC So Nami was then forced to move in with his grandmother for a few months until his father bought him a plane ticket to fly to Tucson to live with him for a few months. Nami then had to move back to Columbus, Ohio with his father due to his father having brain surgery Nami has lived in Columbus, Ohio Since.
Education
[edit]In 2020 NamiPapi attended an alternative school as a last resort before juvenile due to his behavior nami then stayed in alternative school his whole high school career until he graduated in 2023 but besides behavior NamiPapi had good grades with his lowest grade being a C- by the time of graduation.
Career
[edit]NamiPapi created his first ever YouTube channel at 11 years old on October 20, 2016.
NamiPapi's first ever live stream was a fortnite live stream made on March 16, 2018 but has been privated.
In 2019 NamiPapi Started Doing Vlogs and mukbangs to start of his Youtube career but he wasn't gaining any traction so he stopped.
In 2020-2022 Namipapi tried giving YouTube another shot by doing vlogs, mukbangs, storytimes, challenges but he then again wasn't getting any traction so he once again stopped.
In Late 2022-2023 NamiPapi gave YouTube another shot but this time he became a plug channel and got over 1,000,000 total views and 1,000 subscribers but soon after hitting 1,000 subscribers his plug channel got banned for having too many copyright strike he then once again stopped doing YouTube.
In Late 2023-2025 NamiPapi his old vlog channel and turned it into what we know now today as "NamiPapi" he then turnt that channel into a reaction channel and wasn't getting any traction until late 2024. In 2025 as of January 23, 2025 NamiPapi does nba reaction videos and has gained over 4,000 subscribers on YouTube and over 11,000 followers on tiktok.
