CVISION Technologies, Inc. is a software company that was founded in 1997 is and based in Forest Hills, New York.[1] It specializes in image file conversion, PDF compression, and OCR software.
Achievements
[edit]CVISION's PDF compression technology is licensed by Adobe Systems, and is integrated into Adobe's PDF Scan Library software[2]. CVISION's clients include the Federal Reserve Bank, JPMorganChase, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Department of Energy, Intel, IBM, and Lockheed Martin[3].
CVISION Technologies' OCR engine includes the best font learning and text detection, and its segmentation was described as being "far better" than that of the competition[4].
Products
