Early Stage of Career

[edit]

During the early stage of Solo E career he's been signed under a local interdependent label call Genius Records. Unfortunately during this time he never put anything out under the label considering his success career didn't go so well with that company. However, since this situation Solo E was able to push his own recording company called Unlimited Production Music, which was founded in his teenage years in high school with his good friends.

Unlimited Production Music was founded by Solo E but not since when he signed his good friends Pharaoh Demi, Most Certainly, AC the Singer, Rob Williams, BFG Kloud 9 to his label, things started to kick off well. During the first year of him signing his friends, Rob Williams & Pharaoh Demi started a group called Black Diamond Shawty aka BDS. BDS has performed all across the USA with the help of Solo E dad Ernest Williams managing the group BDS.

When BDS was giving the opportunity to sign with Warner Bros. Records they decided it was time to take things a little more serious. So since then they have been opening up for acts such as Jacob Latimore, performing at six flags great america of Chicago & more.

Even though Black Diamond Shawty's was growing they decided to call it quits after 3 years in. This never stopped their friendship as each artist felt it was time to do their own Solo acts.

Personal life

[edit]

He was born in October 26 1994 in Detroit, Michigan. From listening to the uplifting tunes of Kirk Fanklin, to the smooth velvety sounds of Smokie Norful, the artist (Solo E) learned to use his roots to grow and to bring into fruition his unexampled sound.

Growing up in a Christian household on the west side of Detroit, attending the Church of God in Christ every Sunday, singing on the church choir, and rapping in his grandparents’ basement cultivated the multi-faceted artist’s skill and ability. He learned to sing with the soul, passion, and zest that is often prevalent and admired in African American churches. Known as one to march to the beat of his own drum and to possess a tenacious love of the arts, the gifted singer has often labeled himself as the “odd-ball-out.” Choosing to develop the side of himself that differentiated him from the average, Solo E learned to play the guitar and piano. The music he created was mostly Christian Rap up until he moved to Chicago and took to a different path.
