Doris Wong Wai Yin (born 1981) is a Hong Kong visual artist.
Background
[edit]生於香港1981,王慧妍畢業於2004年在香港中文大學藝術系本科。 並在2005年里茲大學修學藝術碩士。 她也是廣州觀察社的創辦人。 此社包含了畫作, 雕像, 拼貼畫作,攝影等多元創作。 王的獨一無二的概念式作品也令她獲得了界內的認可。 王慧妍擁有超越傳統工作室實踐的廣泛思維方式,並經常研究真實或偽造的定義與及何謂構成藝術等的藝術本質。王創建了模擬器,著手將這些“原始”作品與原始文章並列放置,消除了理想框架的概念,並說服觀眾質疑真實性的本質; 挑戰先入之見,但同時模糊界限。 王在香港廣泛展出了她的作品,並在日本,美國,新加坡和廣州展示了她的作品。
