Hi I am Milnthorpe, I am from Oldbury in the West Midlands, England. I attended Chiswick Grammar School in West London, then Aston University in Birmingham where I studied Town Planning. I have spent the last few years as volunteer manager of a local community centre.

My interests are varied- gardening, cooking, reading, writing, music and art.

My current project is researching into my Father's life and work. He was an artist who died in 1996. over the last year I've been finding out more about his early life and work by visiting the National Archive in Kew and looking through his papers and journals. My son suggested I should make a Wikipedia page, so here I am, and finding it not as simple as I thought!
