I'm MicalaB and I read and write about history for a living - in other words, I'm an archivist. Of course, there's more to it then that, but that's a big part of my job. Organizing information on various levels is a major feature of an archivist's trade - actually, it is the major focus of it, along with describing the materials I organize so researchers can use it. I hope I can contribute worth while information to this site, based on the variety of information I've learned over the years and the research skills I've developed.
