[edit]Amenities for the project is divided into three parts: The Grove, a commercial area that serves as the centre for all community interactions as well as business establishments. The area includes:

- Viewing Lounge Deck
- Tree Pod Lounge
The Cocoon, a designated water space where lap pools, Koi ponds and Jacuzzis are located. The area includes:

Development Status
[edit]The development for Phase 1 of the project, which will include buildings Camia, Magnolia and Sampaguita, as well as The Grove, is currently ongoing and is scheduled to be finished by first quarter of 2015.
