Article Choices: 1.Digital Divide by country We would add a section on digital divide in the United Kingdom. By adding to this article we would be explaining and assessing the digital divide in the United Kingdom. This expands the knowledge of global digital divide by focusing in on one region. 2. Cultural learning Though this article is short we think it would benefit from an anecdotal and multinational example of cultural transmission. For this, we would introduce the prevalence and proliferation of American culture in Japan after World War II. Cultural exchange in the information age is an important aspect of the changing role of knowledge. 3. Ulysses (Novel) We would like to further clarify the impact the Supreme Court decision that Ulysses was not obscene had both on international obscenity/vice laws and the publishing industry. Censorship of culturally deviant works is not as prevalent as it once was, but it is important to understand how present laws were shaped.
