This is a list of security companies in Azerbaijan that offer services to protect information from unauthorized or harmful access, create software to enhance computer security, or sell programs that exploit weaknesses in other software or systems.

Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks that can harm or steal sensitive information, disrupt normal business processes, or extort money from users. Cybersecurity is essential for any organization that depends on digital technologies, especially in a time of increased cyberthreats and sophisticated cybercriminals.

Elvin Abbasov (az: ; July 13, 1982, Jalilabad district) is an Azerbaijani businessman; ICT expert,[1][2] Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Information and Communication Technologies Industry Association,[3] member of the Supervisory Board of the Ganja Sports Club, member of the board of the Azerbaijan Jiu-Jitsu Federation, Vision TV and Virtual Founder of Azerbaijan Group of Companies, co-founder and director of TimeSoft.[4]

He was born on July 13, 1982, in the Jalilabad district of the Azerbaijan SSR in an intellectual family. He lived part of his childhood in the city of Naftalan, and since 1993 in the city of Trabzon, Republic of Turkey. During his stay in Turkey, he worked as an engineer, expert, head of department and director of computer and information technologies in a number of Turkish companies.

Returning to Azerbaijan in 2006, he first registered as an individual entrepreneur as a natural person and then founded the company "INTERLAND Company" LLC. In 2009-2013, he worked as a technical director and director at "SalamNews" IA. Since 2013, he founded the Vision TV company.[5][6] In 2015, he created the "Unified Payment System of Municipalities" and added 36 municipalities and 11 Payment companies to this system.

In 2015, he promoted the idea of "Nationalization of Capital"[7][8][9][10] and at the same time "Creation of National Internet Resources" in this field[11][12] and created the MyDay national social network in this direction.[13][14][15] Articles about the importance of national internet resources for the country were often published in the press.[16]

Since 2017, he has signed several state projects in the field of IT, taking the position of director at Virtual Azerbaijan Group of Companies. In 2018, he started the activity of "TimeSoft" LLC with his co-founders and created internet platforms for 4 products in Azerbaijan: Office Management, Agro Management, Agro Exchange and Agro TV. The activity of Agro TV started in 2019.

Creativity and sports life

He is the author of more than 90 articles on the development of information technologies. Many of these articles were published in the "Science and Technology" section of "313" magazine. He is the author of more than 300 artistic poems, his poems have been published in many newspapers, magazines and websites.

He gave more than 20 interviews in various news agencies about the concept of "Nationalization of Capital".[8][17][18][19] He is the author and implementer of the "Unified Electronic Payment System of Municipalities" in Azerbaijan, as well as the creator of the MyDay national social network.[20][21][22][23][24]

During the time he lived in Trabzon, Turkey, he practiced Karate-do, and during the years 2000-2002, he taught Aikido for the first time in Trabzon. 2010-2023 president of Ganja Sports Club since 2019, member of the Supervisory Board since 2023.[25]
