DIRAJ - Short Film PLOT & CHARACTERS The short film DIRAJ. It’s about a middle class, society conscious, looser, 25 years jobless boy DIRAJ from urbanized city like kochi, who propose his Neighbor college mate girl 3 times continues, and she refuses. Then he arranges a 4th meeting with her in an old tea shop and propose her again and she refuses before he just finish it. The boy was preplanned about the 4th meeting and came with a bottle of acid once she denied the proposal, and then he threatens her with acid. The boy makes lot of arguments during that conversation and not ready to accept the reality; those were so idiotic. Perhaps DIRAJ Such a loser guy who can't handle rejections. He is such a pshyco. And he consider his love is the only hope for him Where the girl Varsha who is just opposite to DIRAJ in all aspects. She want to build her career in modeling at any cost as an anchor. So she is never interested to be a girl friend of such an orthodox middle class boy like DIRAJ. But she plays some tactics of fake loving to escape from his acid threat. He believes it but once he realizes it is fake he drops the acid on her face! From the beginning to end the story develops in the tea shop table through their conversation. Where they talk all related events in their past. Its a single scene short film with only two characters.
