[edit]I didn't really see a way to add anything useful here that wouldn't make it too long.

[edit]Added sentence explaining histone modification. Histone modification changes the way that DNA is packaged into chromosomes. These changes impact how genes are expressed. [1]
Could add more on cognition and what research has been done on how epigenetic changes impact aging brains.
Looking for more research on how it effects obesity to stretch that section out.
