Ines Temple[1] is President of LHH-DBM Peru and LHH Chile. Both companies are the leading outplacement, career transition and executive coaching organizations in the their respective countries.
Career
[edit]Ines founded DBM Perú in 1993 as President and CEO. In 2011, Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) acquired DBM globally to become LHH-DBM[2].
Ines is a well-known author and business woman in Perú, having written the book "Usted S.A - Empleabilidad & Marketing Personal"][3] in 2010. With this book and her multiple talks on the subject about her career and life experiences, she created the concept of "employability" in Perú. Usted S.A. is currently in its thirteenth edition and was among the top selling books in Perú for 2013[4] .
Ines has been President of the Board of Directors of CARE Peru, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support of underprivileged communities in order to eradicate poverty and its underlying causes in Perú. She has also been President of the Board of Perú2021, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Corporate social responsibility among companies in Perú.
Ines regularly speaks at various conferences and universities in Peru and abroad and she's a guest columnist and blogger at Diario El Comercio[5], the leading newspaper in Peru. She has written more than 650 articles and video blogs. Her videos have over 5 million views.
