- Playing a key role in high-impact projects such as the Command and Control Center and Western Kenya Flow Rate Enhancement (Ksh 5.2 billion)
- Formulating the Organization Change Management Strategy
- Contributing to policy review under the Ministry of Transport and Roads Kenya
She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
Rally Career
[edit]Ayuko began her motorsport journey in 2010 as a safety marshal and transitioned into co-driving in 2011. In 2013, she won the Specially Prepared Vehicles (SPV) category with George Njoroge. She has since competed in more than a dozen official rallies in Kenya and internationally.
In 2023, Ayuko participated in the WRC Safari Rally alongside Pauline Sheghu, finishing 13th overall in the Kenya National Rally Championship category. Their team was supported by the Kenyan government's Talanta Hela program. In 2024, she co-drove for Rajveer Thethy at the Nakuru Rally, bringing experience and mentorship to the young driver.
