Linearage

Linearage is an experimental term used by tired, inner-city line cooks in observation of, and in order to exemplify a fellow chef's angular settlement of produce upon a plate.

Common misinterpretations of linearage are: "Line rage" and "Linear Age", both of which do have concepts of linearity

Linearage in example: "The way Steve's cavatelli was plated complimented the linearage of the mushroom and spill. "
