TheNux

TheNux was founded since 2016 in San Jose, California. It is a multi-purpose application, the function included messaging, cryptocurrency wallet, cryptocurrency payment gateway, and website live chat plugin. In 2017, it only released to iOS and Android for public. TheNux described as one of the most compact apps compatible with business and end user use. The users of TheNux exchanges texts, images, video and audio, and user send and receive cryptocurrency with their wallet (Known as TheNux Wallet).

History

TheNux began as a project by engineers in July 2016. The original version of TheNux starts with Messaging and Wallet for in-house use only. It is designed to solve their technical issue and reduce their operation cost. While in December 2016, the team lead of TheNux project had suggested releasing this application along with additional functionality such as Business account, Live Chat and Payment Gateway.

In February 2017, both IOS and Android version with messaging function had been released to their respective store for the user to download.

In March 2017, in TheNux Business Account, TheNux are introduced Live Chat API features.

In December 2017, in TheNux app version, they had introduced TheNux Wallet which is a cryptocurrency wallet.

By 2017, the TheNux Business had been released to business user to create business and having wide-range of the business solution such as Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway (payment solution), Live Chat Plugin (customer service solution), and Business Messenger (message delivery solution).

Messaging

TheNux is an application that works on cross-platform which allows users to send text messages, hold to talk voice messaging, broadcast messaging, send images, media, and documents with others in a group or individual.

TheNux Wallet

TheNux wallet allows users to send and receive cryptocurrency with 0 miner fee and instantly while sending bitcoin between TheNux Wallet. It allows users to perform cryptocurrency transaction between contact. The user can send cryptocurrency by phone number, it also supports send and receive cryptocurrency in the chatroom. Currently, it only supports two types of cryptocurrency: Bitcoin & Ethereum.

QR Code

TheNux application having scan QR code function. The scan function can use to scan QR Code across different website or application. While the scan function scanned QR code generated by cryptocurrency wallets, it will redirect to respective coin wallet and ready to pay or send.

Following Business

TheNux application users can follow other TheNux Business account to get the latest updates and news from that business itself with instantly. It allows business to send a broadcast marketing message to all its follower. It also allows the user to start a conversation with businesses they are following.

TheNux Business

TheNux users can register a Business account with free. There is no limit on how many businesses accounts a user can create. The control over all the businesses accounts is centralizing, where the business owner only needs one TheNux app to access all registered business account. TheNux Business allows the user to enjoy business solution such as Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway, website Live Chat Plugin, and Business Messenger. It is a multi-function access account that integrated with TheNux mobile app. 

Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway (Payment Solution)

TheNux Payment Gateway providing merchant service that allows TheNux Business users to receive cryptocurrency payment in their website. It does not charge any transaction fee neither on user or merchant. Supporting Bitcoin & Ethereum.

Live Chat Plugin (Customer Service Solution)

TheNux Business user can set up the Live Chat Plugin on their website to having live support and real-time communication with their customers inside mobile applications. It is 100% free and open to all, anyone can download and use it. There is no limitation on the number of live chat agent, number of chatroom or number of live chat department. 

Business Messenger (Message Delivery Solution)

Business Messenger from TheNux Business allows the user to send OTP or message via API, and receive in TheNux app. It was designed to replace SMS. It allows business to send a push notification to its clients, and TheNux can help business convert TheNux message to send SMS if the client does not have TheNux install in their mobile.
