Shandon L. Simpson (June 11, 1996, also known as Zoran Zoltanous) is an American neo-Nazi and former member of the Ohio National Guard. He has been associated extremism participated in far-right demonstrations.[1]
At the age of 17 he read Pat Buchanan book Suicide of a Superporwer and then he watch the neo-Nazi propaganda film Adolf Hitler: The Greatest Story Never Told.[2] After the highschool he tried to join to the right-wing group Reaction USA.[2] In 2017, Simpson participated in the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville as a member of Vanguard America[3] Simpson also attended as a member of the Patriotic Socialist Front in the "Rage Against the War Machine" demonstration alongside far-right figure Matthew Heimbach.[4] [5] According to Oren Segal, Vice President of the Anti-Defamation League Center on Extremism, he was seen displaying Nazi, Hezbollah, and Nazbol flags during the 2024 Democratic National Convention protests.[6]
Simpson enlisted in the Ohio Army National Guard in late 2018, serving as a Private First Class in the 148th Infantry Regiment.[7] On June 5, 2020, he was expelled from the National Guard during the George Floyd protests in Washington, D.C. The Federal Bureau of Investigation identified him as expressing white supremacist ideology and for having ties with the RapeWaffen Division and with O9A-affiliated channels on Telegram.[8][9][10] He denied the involvement.[2]
He made the translation of the Giovanni Gentile work The Philosophy of Marx for Antelope Hill Publishing.[11]
