Karngong Lovett Tangwa

Karngong Lovett Tangwa (born February 13, 1992) is a Nigerian computer engineer, cybersecurity researcher, IT consultant, and author. He is known for his contributions to cybersecurity education and digital transformation in Nigeria. Tangwa co-authored a peer-reviewed research article published by MDPI and has authored several books on leadership, purpose, and church systems.

Early Life and Education

Tangwa was born in Gembu, Taraba State, Nigeria, into the Karngong family. He spent his early years assisting his mother with farming in the village. He later moved to the city to live with his older brother and complete his secondary school education.

He gained admission into the [Federal University of Technology, Minna](https://futminna.edu.ng/seet/cpt/) to study Computer Engineering and graduated in 2018. His final-year project was highly praised for its innovation and real-world applicability.

Career

After completing the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nasarawa State, Tangwa founded a computer training school (LEI ICT HUB) during the COVID-19 lockdown, focused on empowering youth with essential computing skills.

He later joined Lenovo Inc. as a merchandiser, where he gained recognition for consistently exceeding sales targets by matching customer needs with the right technology. He subsequently served as an Information Technology Officer at [Office and More Business Solutions](https://officenmore.net/), contributing to their IT infrastructure strategy.

Tangwa currently works with the British Council as a freelance Exams Invigilator. He is also the founder of LEI ICT HUB, a tech consultancy and training hub, and serves as an IT consultant to numerous organizations across Nigeria.

LEI ICT HUB

Tangwa is the founder of [LEI ICT HUB](https://www.linkedin.com/company/80237094/admin/dashboard/), an ICT consulting and training firm based in Abuja, Nigeria. The hub focuses on cybersecurity, networking, and IT infrastructure. Since its inception, it has trained hundreds of young Nigerians in tech careers with a focus on cybersecurity awareness, practical skills, and career mentoring.

Tangwa also founded [Sparker Africa](https://web.facebook.com/SPARKERAFRICA), a youth-focused social advocacy platform aimed at inspiring young Africans in leadership, business, relationships, and purposeful living.
