Āṇūbḥāvā or anubhavah (/ˈɑːnbhɑːvɑː/; Sanskrit: अनुभवः) is a Sanskrit word that refers to the direct perceptions or experience.

In Vedanta, it refers to the individual's knowledge of Brahman, the Supreme.
