Native Americans of the southwest region lived in the desert areas of Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and California.They lived in houses called pueblos. There were few animals to hunt so they were mostly farmers. The tribes living in the southwest region were the Hopi, Pueblo, Zuni, Yuam, Apache and Navajo.

They moved through Canada, all the way down to South America, with some groups stopping and settling at different locations along the way.
