Hello, I am Joyce Chen (User:Joycewikiwiki), International Coordinator of Wikimedia Taiwan, community member of ESEAP Hub, and Wikidata Taiwan. I am also the chair of Asia Pacific Open Knowledge Association(APOKA), which is the legal entity of Wikipedia Asian Month User Group in Taiwan since 2024. As the Chairman of APOKA, I also supervise the fiscal sponsorship of ESEAP Hub annaul grant since Aug, 2025

I joined Wikimedia Taiwan since April, 2020. My participation with Wikimedia started in 2019 as an art project consultant related to Wikidata in GLAM. My role in Wikimedia Taiwan is to enrich the communication between WMTW and other Wikimedia communities, partnership institutions all around the world. As well as representing WMTW participating Global Wikimedia Movemment Strategy conversation ,ESEAP monthly meeting as well as ESEAP Hub Preparatory Council meetings.

Off Wiki, I am a born-digital cultural advocate, digital archivist and time-based media art conservator. I was running the Save Media Art Project supported by Digital Art Foundation, Taiwan, and work with local museum on the stewardship of preserving time-based media and digital artworks. I also received the Fulbright scholarship to conduct visit research on time-based media conservation for MoMA and Rhizome at NYC in 2022.
