Jimena Huarte (born 1979) is an Argentinean businesswoman in the software consulting industry. She has a Business Administration degree from Buenos Aires University. Also, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Austral University. Jimena worked as a Peoplesoft functional consultant since year 2000, travelling to different locations, gaining experience in different Peoplesoft versions, functionalities and industries.

During 2011 Jimena was selected as a speaker in Collaborate 10' and Oracle Open World regarding quality in offshore support centers and how to improve it by using Six Sigma.

In May 2011 Jimena and 3 other collegues started UNE Consulting, a company that helps customers along the entire business lifecycle, from the software solution selection, to its implementation and post production support. UNE consulting business lines are ERP implementations, upgrades, support, reporting enhancements, business intelligence and business process improvement.
