[edit]The evolution of locomotives is skewed. They shouldn't have stopped using steam engines - after all, the Class A4 Mallard did hit that speed record of 126mph (202 km/h)! I really like the Sid Meier's Railroad Tycoon (run a railway) game series (I own three of the four games) and the Train Sim World (drive trains) series.
