Jason Michael Lee

Born on May 16th,1994. Jason was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Jason being the 2nd son of parents Maria Theresa Lee and Lee Vuntsir. His brother Christian is 17yrs old. His parents studied in the UK,resulting in raising Jason and his brother to speak english and only it. Attending Garden International School from agse 4-10 his english speaking developed and eventually was the only language he could speak.

By the age of 3 Jason began playing tennis. A sport that his parents played competitively during their time. Him and his brother developed further in their tennis games from ages 5 - 13. By the age of 14 Jason began playing competitive tournaments around asia.

He began playing a series of 14 and under tennis events known as ATF (asian Tennis Federation). His best result reaching the quarter-finals of the Philippines 14U tournament. Finishing his year in asia as top 40.

The next year Jason began playing bigger tournaments known as ITF (International Tennis Federation). These series of tournaments formally played by some of the top Professional tennis players, such as Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. He began his ITF career with a win in the first round in a grade GB1 in Indonesia. Later on he began his journey in getting to a few quarters in doubles partnering his brother. He later almost made a quarter-final in singles in Mauritius. Losing in 3 sets, and also in the same tournament reaching his first ever ITF final, partnering his brother in the doubles final. Although eventually losing they were able to reach that far.
