Arie Leon Mangrum IV (born November 26, 1979) is an American businessman and entrepreneur. In 2012, he founded AgileHires, LLC, a recruiting agency based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania focusing on sourcing candidates for startup companies in the technology industry. In 2015, he founded ExactAbility, a Software application that will place candidates at companies in their local area based on specific criteria the company requires after using the application. In 2016, he became the CBDO of RogueStartup and the Director of Talent for Benjamin's Dev, both of which are based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Early Life

Mangrum was born in Cheverly, Maryland. HIs father, Arie Mangrum III is currently a pastor in Edgewood, Maryland and was a pastor of a Sovereign Grace Church in Chester, Pennsylvania. His mother, Marilyn (nee′ McRoy) was a former track and field athlete for University of Maryland, College Park and is currently a minister alongside his father.

At the age of five, he and his parents relocated to West Chester, Pennsylvania. He lived there until the age of 14, and his parents moved to Brookhaven, Pennsylvania to be closer to their growing church. Along with his two younger siblings, Darren and Marisa, he was homeschooled during grade school and throughout high school. He attended 4 years at Drexel University and studied Information Systems.

Personal Life

In April 2010, Mangrum married Jamie Lee Bailey after meeting through a mutual friend in 2009. They welcomed a son, Arie Leon Mangrum V, in 2016 and they currently live in a Northwestern suburb of Philadelphia. His wife is a native of Salisbury, Maryland and they frequently vacation on Chincoteague Island, Virginia as she has family from the area.

Mangrum is an avid comic book and video game collector.
