At the age of seven, December 1972 I was placed in a Foster Care Home in Fresno, California, To Mrs Barbara Ellen Blake-Bunnell of Oklahoma Born February 09, 1920. Barbara raised me until July 04, 1979 of her passing of Lung Cancer, In her Fresno home, 1349 N. El Capitan Ave.

Soon after at the age of fourteen, I then was placed in a second Foster Care Home in Fresno, California, To Ms Emma Lou Barnaby-Burgess of Hancock, Illinois Born August 11, 1930. Emma raised me until i was at the age of twenty one, 1986. Emma passed away March 02, 2009 of Cancer in Clovis, California, USA.

At the age of thirty four I married Rebecca Lynn Harrow-Howe of Fresno, California Born January 19, 1964, on December 12, 1999 at our church, Evangel Praise Center of Fresno, California.

Rebecca has a son Christopher Conner Showers of Fresno, California Born July 23, 1993 at the St Agnes Hospital of Fresno, California.

On August 14,2000 We had twins, boy and girl. Troy Clifford Howe Jr. and Olena Marie Howe, born at the Clovis Community Hospital, Clovis, California. On February 02, 2004 a girl, Breanna Mae Howe was born of Clovis, California at the Clovis Community Hospital.
