Dear Wikipedia,

I was reading and article on angular momentum and Figure 1 illustration showed movement. Is the program that creates these illustrations available for Wikipedia users to use? If so, how do I get top use it. Any help would ber greatly appreciated.

If you're talking about this image: , it's an animated GIF file. I think you have to create it yourself and upload it to wikipedia but I'm not sure.
