Michael G. Schmidt is an American lawyer from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, who specializes in litigation and bankruptcy.

Schmidt graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in 2000 in commercial German with a minor in business, with honors. Schmidt then studied at the University of Idaho, where he attended the School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2003. Schmidt also attended the University of San Francisco during a semester abroad in Prague, Czech Republic.
