Swasti Mehul (born Mehul Jain; 12 October 1995) is an Indian singer, songwriter, and live performer. She is known for her work in Bollywood playback singing, independent romantic music, and devotional bhajans. She gained recognition with her debut Bollywood track Naah Goriye from the 2019 film Bala and rose to national prominence in 2024 when Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised her devotional song Ram Ayenge.[1]
Early life and education
[edit]Swasti Mehul was born as Mehul Jain in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, to Arvind and Mamta Jain.[2] She developed an early interest in music, performing at school events and local festivals. Her upbringing in a culturally rooted town influenced her inclination toward devotional and folk music.
Career

[edit]Swasti made her playback debut with the Punjabi dance number Naah Goriye in the 2019 film Bala starring Ayushmann Khurrana.[3] The song became a popular hit and introduced her voice to a wider Bollywood audience.
