The IT Cloud Computing Conference (IC3) was a cloud computing and DevOps training conference for IT managers and software developers. It started in 2014 in San Francisco and held follow on conferences in Seattle and San Jose. The conference was purchased by GeekWire, a Seattle publisher, in 2017.

IC3 addressed the need for vendor-neutral training on cloud and DevOps skills. It particularly targeted women and minorities for training to address the skilled worker shortage and tech diversity issues.

IC3 attracted hundreds of attendees but was challenged by market adoption and awareness. In 2014 mainstream IT departments were hesitant to add cloud to their road map much less commit employees to training for lack of confidence in the new technology. Cloud has become mainstream and demand has changed greatly in three years with more than 18 million open positions for cloud computing now.
