What to add:

  • Deep dive on applications
    • Additive for construction material
    • Additive in plastics, paper, and textiles
  • Carbon credits
    • Maybe add how it could be added to US/Globally
  • Make sure claims are fully cited

Construction Materials:

Adding biochar into cement mixtures is still a work in progress and will take time to figure out exact calculations. In general, when mixed with cement, biochar does not impact the usefulness of cement mixtures.[1] Biochar is a porous material and many benefits come when mixed with cement. It is lightweight, provides good insulation and contains humidity regulation properties.[1]
